We heard from our students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners to better understand how we can best serve our students, employees, and communities now and well into the future.
Their feedback has been critical in mapping our Strategic Plan 2023-2027 and outlining exactly what it means to Ensure Student Learning, Enhance Employee Experience, and Expand Community Participation.
Our Year in Review showcases the learning, growth, and successes of Montco and those in our Montco family.

鈥淭hanks to the generous support of our donors, the Montco Foundation can continue to make a profound difference for students and their futures and provide the resources the College needs for programs, technology and projects to support and enhance the learning environment and advance our mission to serve all learners and the community.鈥
鈥淲hen Kevin Orangers, Director of Educational Engagement & Innovation, first showed the Science on a Sphere, we were immediately captivated by its beauty and potential. It is an appropriate educational tool for the lobby of the renovated South Hall building as a transformative element which will engage students in their powers of imagination, creativity and knowledge.鈥 We appreciated the opportunity to financially support this worthwhile endeavor and dedicate the sphere as a lasting remembrance to our two sons Paul and John.鈥

Transform the lives of those we serve through educational, workforce, and cultural experiences and programs that drive success both at the College and beyond.
海角社区 will be a highly valued hub for all stages of life to empower social mobility and economic prosperity for the community we serve.
海角社区 and its Board of Trustees will:
海角社区 is committed to ensuring that all students, employees, and members of its community are successful by intentionally designing college experiences while celebrating the intersection of race, ethnicity, gender identity, language, (dis)ability, sexual orientation, economic status, and/or religion in its community. Guided by our values, we 鈥 collectively 鈥 take action through inquiry, dialogue, policies, and practices to promote equity and belonging FOR ALL. We understand that equity is a driving force to achieve the educational, economic, and social benefits of higher education for our students and the communities we serve.
The 2023-2027 Strategic Plan was developed through a transparent process, where students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners were engaged to outline how the College will continue to best serve its students, employees and communities well into the future in coordination with Montco 2050.
The plan includes an ambitious renewal program for the 50+-year-old Blue Bell Campus and to continue the expansion of our Pottstown Campus. The plan positions the College to meet current and future enrollment demands and to support the College鈥檚 dynamic academic programs.
The plan reinforces our commitment to providing employees with the best possible work experience, through expanded policies including remote work, holiday and parental leave.
Through the Middle States Self-Study process, Montco will demonstrate how it meets the Middle States Commission on Higher Education鈥檚 Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation; focus on the continuous improvement in the attainment of its mission and institutional priorities; engage the College鈥檚 community in an inclusive and transparent self-appraisal process that actively and deliberately seeks to involve all constituents; integrate the findings of the Self-Study with the implementation of the 2023-2027 Strategic Plan; and demonstrate how the College community collaborates on interrelated plans, goals, and initiatives and communicates these processes and outcomes.
鈥淎s an institution, we continuously strive to improve the ways in which we serve our students and our community. This process not only allows us to meaningfully connect with colleagues from all areas of the College, but it also gives us the chance to reflect on our accomplishments and think about how our institutional priorities will shape the work we do in years to come.鈥
