If you have questions about financial aid or need help completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), make an appointment.
Members of our Financial Aid team are available to help answer your questions and guide you through each step of the financial aid process. Students and applicants (those with an º£½ÇÉçÇø student ID) can connect with a financial assistance coach in a variety of ways:
- Virtual appointment – video, voice-only, text chat, and screen sharing is available
- By phone – call in for an appointment
- In person at our Blue Bell and Pottstown Campuses
If you do not yet have an º£½ÇÉçÇø student ID, but need FAFSA assistance, we encourage you to apply to the College.
What you'll need for a FAFSA-focused appointment
- FSA ID and Password – You must have a FSA ID prior to joining the appointment. Visit the to create or retrieve your FSA ID. For assistance, contact the by email, live web chat or phone at 1-800-433-3243 (TTY calls: 1-800-730-8913).
- Financial documents
- The FAFSA for the 2023-24 academic year (fall 2023, spring 2024 or summer 2024) requires 2021 financial documents: federal income tax return(s) and/or W-2(s) and/or any other records of money earned (such as foreign income).
- The FAFSA for the 2024-25 academic year (fall 2024, spring 2025 or summer 2025) requires 2022 financial documents: federal income tax return(s) and/or W-2(s) and/or any other records of money earned (such as foreign income).
- Current savings statement, investments, and business or farm assets.
- Social Security Number and/or Alien Registration number, if you have one
- If you are a dependent, have a parent with you, if possible. Not sure if you are a dependent student? .
- Parents will also need the items noted above and are required to e-sign the FAFSA using their FSA ID and password, so ensure this is created/retrieved prior to your appointment. If your parent does not have a social security number, they will still be able to obtain an FSA ID to electronically sign the FAFSA.
